Welcome to the website for the first Sigma Theta Tau (STTI)  European Conference: Diversity Across Europe: Implications for Nursing held on  July 12 – July 14 2012.

This conference aims were to:

• Bring together nurse leaders from diverse clinical and academic settings from Europe and further a field to stimulate networking and collaboration among STTI members and others.
• Enable participants to understand the diversity of nursing across Europe and the role of STTI in developing nursing across Europe and the rest of the world.
• Promote and develop global excellence in nursing knowledge, research and nursing leadership
• To stimulate networking and debate, the conference will include a variety of keynote papers, concurrent sessions, posters, and workshops, and a lively social programme.
